It's time to celebrate
all of you

You deserve access to quality care.

At Whole Self Collaborative, our mission is to increase accessibility to quality mental health and wellness services to LGBTQ+ individuals, relational units, and families.

Our providers undergo regular training to expand our cultural competence in the issues commonly faced by this population, from unique relationship structures, to religious trauma, to gender exploration, to neurodivergence, and more.

Hello, dear one.  I know you’re tired. Your journey to self-awareness has been a long one, and you’re feeling stuck.  Maybe you just realized that you are gay or trans and you don’t know what to do next.  Maybe you’re angry or grieving the loss of a spiritual setting that you once called “home.”  Or maybe you’re one of the many LGBTQ+ persons who have faced abuse, depression, anxiety, or myriad other mental health struggles and are simply trying to exist.  Whatever the case may be, I invite you to come, rest, explore, grow.

You are enough.

Ever feel like a single stressful moment—a rude client or a tough commute—can throw off your entire day? Maybe you’ve mastered the coping skills, but deeper triggers and old wounds still feel heavy. You deserve a space where you can stop "just dealing" and start truly healing.

As a counselor, holistic life coach, and cancer survivor, I understand that prioritizing your well-being is a necessity, not a luxury. I specialize in supporting adults (18+) through trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, and grief, with a deep commitment to the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. Together, we’ll build mindful awareness and practical tools to navigate difficult memories and emotions.

Have you spent your whole life shaming yourself for being "lazy," or "irresponsible," but you just can't seem to make your brain work with you? Neurodivergent individuals often feel overwhelmed when trying to complete even the most basic tasks. You are not broken; your brain just operates differently! Let's team up to develop skills that work with your brain rather than fighting it.  From budgeting (and sticking with it!), to managing home and work responsibilities, to improving your social life, you might be surprised to learn what you are capable of!

Why am I so...weird?

Everyone deserves health care regardless of race, neurodiversity, gender identity, sexual orientation, body size/shape, or age, but receiving a massage can be a very vulnerable experience. My first priority as your massage therapist will always be to make sure that you feel safe, secure, and supported throughout the entire process. This is a safe place to be comfortably queer and know that your experience will be tailored to who you are and your specific needs.
